Customer Support

We offer ongoing support for all our customers and clients. In some cases this is through dedicated web-sites.  This is particularly useful when there are large volumes of test data to disseminate.

We are designing all of our new products to be capable of having their operational software updated remotely.  This capability is currently being retrofitted to our existing products.  This will be made available to existing customers who have an ongoing maintenance agreement or as a chargeable upgrade.

It is our policy to support legacy systems for as long as possible.
